Still, it isn’t exactly a seller’s market yet—and deals can fall through at the last minute for a variety of reasons. Financing delays, low appraisals, title problems, home inspections and even buyer’s remorse can interfere with a seller’s ability to close.

Ames Library Relocation

At Hunziker & Associates, we are relocation specialists. With a fully staffed relocation department and a wide range of assistance available, we can help anyone move anywhere in the country. However, there is a relocation taking place in Ames right now that surpassed the scope of even our extensive relocation abilities.

The Ames Public Library is relocating to the old Hastings bookstore building at 620 Lincoln Way while renovation and expansion of the current library take place over the next year and a half. The temporary location will open on Friday, December 7th.

Boone Christmas Lighting Contest

The Boone Convention & Visitors Bureau is holding a Christmas lighting contest this year! You can sign up until Wednesday, December 19th. Prizes will be given for 1st-3rd place.
